Our Company

Established in 1989, Treaster, Dawson and Associates, Inc. is a Full-Service Group Insurance Consulting and Employee Benefits Brokerage Firm.

 

While we have provided our services to a variety of industries, we spent our first 20 years focusing on municipalities, school districts, and medical professionals. Then, in 2007, we decided to evolve our focus and bring big business benefits and strategies to small and medium size employers. To achieve our new purpose, we began building systems and processes to fact find, customize, and communicate in ways that most smaller employers lack the time and resources to accomplish on their own.

Today we offer a full line of employee benefits and human resource services that are fully scalable to the wants and needs of each of our clients, regardless of their size.  We structure every plan design around    3 invaluable pillars:

Laurie Dawson, LUTCF

With over 30 years experience in employee benefits and human resources, Laurie provides a wealth of knowledge and expertise for both public and private sector employers. Having begun her career in the administrative branch and later transitioned to the executive branch of the insurance industry, Laurie knows how to maneuver the benefit maze with skill and precision. Her strategic benefits consultations assure that each client is in the most competitive position in both their industry and the insurance marketplace.

Building on the employer's input, Laurie designs and implements benefit plans that foster long-term stability. Additionally, Laurie’s modern and comprehensive approach to technology make her services vastly scalable, providing each client with a personalized balance between tech and face-to-face interaction.
